2. TikTok Integration

Our platform integrates with TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API to allow creators to:

• Authenticate their identity using their TikTok account
• Display their public TikTok profile and statistics on our platform
• Submit eco-fashion video entries for our monthly design challenges directly to their TikTok accounts

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize our platform to access your basic profile information (display name, avatar, follower/following counts, video count) and to post content to your TikTok profile on your behalf when you initiate a submission.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit through our platform complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, as well as applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content.

4. Platform Compliance

Our integration follows TikTok Developer Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. We only request scopes necessary to provide the described functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this platform or its third-party integrations.
